What you can rely on
Our guiding principles
I have been working with people for over 30 years. These guiding principles describe what you can count on from me. They are my own rules — and I stick to them because I believe they are the right thing to do.
It’s up to you — always.
Whether you start, continue or end a session is entirely up to you. I don’t tie you into any fixed session packages and I won’t pressure you into anything. Take as long as you need to think it over.
I do not promise a cure.
I promise neither a cure nor relief nor a specific outcome. What I do promise you is my full attention, care and honesty. No one can predict what will come of this for you.
My work is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
I am neither a doctor, nor a naturopath, nor a psychotherapist. I do not make diagnoses, treat illnesses or ever advise you to stop any treatment or medication. You will receive this information in writing before our first session.
I’m open about how I work — including on a spiritual level.
I work with hypnosis, systemic constellations, energy work, shamanic rituals and mediumistic perception. These are spiritual and experience-based approaches, not scientifically proven methods. You are welcome to be both curious and sceptical, and any questions are welcome.
Mediumistic impressions are offerings, not judgements.
I’ll pass on to you what I perceive mediumistically as clearly as possible, so that you can check it for yourself. You decide what feels right for you. I do not draw any conclusions about your health from this. If something strikes me, I’ll ask you whether you’d like to have it checked by a doctor.
Whatever you confide in me, I’ll keep to myself.
I will treat everything you tell me in confidence — even after our collaboration has ended. I will protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The only exception is if life or limb is at risk.
Clear prices, clear agreements.
You’ll know the fee, duration, procedure and cancellation policy before we start. There are no hidden costs and no additional services will be provided without your consent. For group journeys, you’ll receive all the terms and conditions in writing before booking.
My aim is for you not to need me.
I’ll accompany you on your journey; I won’t walk it for you. If I notice that a dependency is developing, I’ll address it openly. I’m not a guru you’re meant to follow.
Clear roles, clear boundaries.
We have a professional relationship — one characterised by mutual respect and warmth, but without any personal, business or intimate involvement. Physical contact will only take place if you have given your prior consent. Even on our journeys, I will remain in the role of companion.
I know my limits and I’ll tell you.
Not every issue is suited to my work. If you need medical, psychotherapeutic or emergency crisis support, I’ll tell you so honestly and help you find the right place to go. Sometimes the best thing I can do is to decline to take on a case.
I advertise without exaggeration.
You won’t find any promises of miracles, any stories of cures or any success rates here. I describe what I do, and leave it up to you to judge.
These guiding principles are a voluntary commitment. They are not a certificate, not a membership and not a third-party assessment.
