At a glance
Camino Hacia Ti is the International Institute for Physical-Energetic Work in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. It is run by Petra Zakel, who has been working with people for over 30 years.
The institute offers one-to-one sessions, both in person and online — energy work, transformational coaching, hypnosis, systemic constellations and mediumistic work — as well as spiritual group journeys with a maximum of twelve participants.
For people who are seeking something that goes beyond the visible, yet do not wish to relinquish their rational faculties.

- I do not make diagnoses or treat illnesses.
- I do not promise a cure, relief or any specific result.
- I do not replace medical, naturopathic or psychotherapeutic treatment.
- I would never advise you to stop any ongoing treatment or medication.
How I work
Each of these methods represents a distinct approach; they are not simply techniques to be applied. All are spiritual or experience-based — none of them is scientifically proven.
- Energetic work — working with what is at play beneath the surface.
- Transformational coaching — recognising recurring patterns.
- Hypnosis — working in a relaxed state, whilst fully conscious, and which can be stopped at any time.
- Systemic constellations according to Bert Hellinger — bringing to light what is at work within family and relationship systems.
- Mediumship — perceptions that you can verify for yourself.
- Light Shamanism — the oldest healing tradition, linked to the concept of biophotons.

Here and online
The institute is situated in Puerto de la Cruz on the north coast of Tenerife. Individual sessions are available both in person and online — they are equivalent, as the majority of the work takes place online anyway, particularly in German-speaking countries.
The spiritual journeys take participants to places of power such as the Moroccan Atlas Mountains, Galicia or Portugal, and usually last between 7 and 14 days. A maximum of twelve people per journey.
